Uz to, <strong>skoro svaki udarac<\/strong> tra\u017ei anga\u017eovanje core-a (<strong>trbu\u0161nih i le\u0111nih mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong>) da bi telo ostalo stabilno.<\/p><p>Rezultat? Radi\u0161 celim telom, <strong>bez izolovanih pokreta<\/strong>, ba\u0161 <strong>onako kako \u0107e ti snaga trebati i u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu.<\/strong><\/p><p>Prednost padela je \u0161to ja\u010da\u0161 mi\u0161i\u0107e kroz pokret i dinamiku, a ne kroz ponavljanja koja ja\u010daju tvoje telo samo za taj pokret koji iznova i iznova ponavlja\u0161.
